The fees seem fair to me. I don’t get why people keep acting like the company is ripping everyone off when the costs are right there. If someone didn’t read the details, that’s on them, not the fees.

I did end up getting my refund, but wow, it took longer than I thought it would?! Support was slow to respond, and the info they gave me was kind of confusing along the way.

I mostly use Poshmark for clothes, and I really like the offer feature. It makes shopping feel a little more exciting because you can negotiate instead of just paying the full price right away. Sometimes sellers accept super quickly, and other times they counter a bit higher than I was hoping, but most of the time it still feels fair. Shipping can definitely make a cheap find feel less like a deal, but overall I’ve had a really good experience and it works well for me

I do enjoy using Poshmark, and I’ve definitely found some really good pieces on there. But am I the only one who feels like the shipping can be a bit much sometimes? It’s especially noticeable when I’m just trying to buy one lower-priced item, because the shipping can almost make it feel not worth it.
I will say the shipping is usually fast, and the tracking is easy to follow, so I understand there’s a reason for the cost. I just wish there were more cheaper shipping options for smaller purchases. Overall, I still like the site, but I do find myself hesitating on little buys because of the extra shipping.

I got a pair of shoes on Poshmark, and when they arrived, they just looked more worn than they did in the listing photos. You know how sometimes you’re excited to open the box and then immediately start comparing every scuff to the pictures? That was me. I opened a case, added a few photos, and the process was straightforward, which I appreciated because I was already annoyed.

As someone who’s picky about listings matching the photos, I was really happy with this. The item arrived in the exact condition described, with no surprises at all.

Reported a bag that looked suspicious, and Poshmark actually checked it faster than I expected. Ended up removing the listing and gave me enough updates along the way. Makes me feel a little better buying there, especially when it’s something expensive. Not a perfect app, but seems like they do take counterfeit stuff seriously.

I’ve used Poshmark quite a bit now, one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is because it feels a lot safer than other places I’ve tried selling on.

I like that messages stay in the app, the payment process doesn’t feel sketchy, and they’re clear about not taking things off the platform. I did have one odd experience with a buyer once, but support stepped in and helped me get it sorted out quickly.

It’s definitely not perfect, but compared to random marketplace apps, I feel so much more protected here. That peace of mind really matters to me, and it makes the whole buying and selling experience a lot less stressful.

I ordered something and the seller ended up sending the wrong size, so I was a little nervous about how it was going to be handled. I reached out to Poshmark support, sent over the photos, and they got back to me fast. They approved the return without making it a whole thing, and the refund showed up without a ton of back and forth. i really appreciated how easy it was... especially when you’re already annoyed about getting the wrong item

I ordered a designer bag on poshmark and my biggest worry was whether it would actually be authentic?? Thankfully, it showed up as described and all the details looked right, so I’m happy about that. Shipping did take longer than I expected, and the seller wasn’t the quickest to respond, which was a little annoying. But the bag itself was legit, so I’d probably buy again, just with a bit more caution.

I like selling on this site overall, but my account got suspended once and I never got a clear reason why. Support did get it fixed in the end, which I appreciate, but the whole thing felt annoying and avoidable...

I mostly use poshmark when I can grab a few items from the same seller. The bundle discounts can be really helpful, and sometimes the seller will send an extra offer on top of it, which is always a nice surprise.
It makes the shipping feel less annoying, or I guess less wasteful, since buying one cheap item by itself doesn’t always feel worth it.
The only downside is that not every closet has bundle discounts set up, so you do have to poke around a bit. Still, I’ve definitely saved some money using it this way.

I bought a jacket on poshmark the listing photos matched it really well. The color was the same in person, the fabric texture looked just like it did in the close-up shot, and even the little worn spot near the cuff was exactly where I expected it to be. No weird lighting tricks or surprise flaws when it arrived. I wish more sellers paid that much attention to their photos
